If you receive a damaged or faulty gift with your purchase, we are happy to help replace it for you, we will just need a bit of information from you first. Please contact us with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. This will help to speed along the process.
*If you prefer to process an exchange on your own, you're welcome to do so here. Just select the same product and shade and you'll be provided with a free shipping label. Once USPS scans the label, your replacement will be shipped out to you.
