Thrive Causemetics' $1 Million Commitment and Ongoing Response to COVID-19
Thanks to your support, we donated over $350,000 from one day’s profits on thrivecausemetics.com to 3 incredible organizations—Meals on Wheels, Baby2Baby and Feeding America—all of whom are providing meals and in-demand resources to some of the most vulnerable communities in need.
Continuing our momentum and building on our efforts, Thrive Causemetics is committed to growing our donations from $350k to a total of $1 million through giving both much-needed funds and products to women impacted by the coronavirus, including healthcare workers on the front lines as well as a fund to aid women-owned small businesses and their employees affected by the pandemic. Thrive Causemetics will make these donations through our Thrive Causemetics COVID-19 Response Fund.

Our Warehouse Team
Our Warehouse team is following advised preventative measures to protect employees. These steps include increased frequency and expanded cleaning of the facility, staggering shifts to reduce the number of employees working at the same time, and allowing 3 days between receipt and processing of returns. The facility is closed to visitors and non necessary personnel. Employees are also working with readily available disinfectants, gloves, masks, and face shields, in addition to spaced out work stations, regular temperature testing, and observing recommended social distancing practices. Your Orders
We ship your orders through Canada Post. Canada Post is following strategies and measures recommended by official authorities, both international organizations and local country health authority advisories (whichever sets the strictest rule). You can typically expect to receive your orders within 4-8 business days (with exceptions to remote provinces) for Expedited Shipping and 3-5 business days with Xpresspost Shipping (with exceptions to remote provinces). Due to high order volumes and the impact of COVID-19 on our shipping partner, delivery times may experience longer than normal delays and these shipping times may be impacted.

For their safety and to do our part to flatten the curve, we swiftly provided all of our office employees with a full suite of tech equipment to make working from home comfortable and stable while we practice safe social distancing.
